Yana Lapitskaya - Founder
Yana manages Yay!Starter on a day-to-day basis and believes this is the best job in the world. Over the years she has worked with companies in a variety of sectors, including Technology, Sport, Broadcasting, FMCG and Property. Combining passions for marketing, digital innovation and sport she always strives to take the businesses she works with to the next level.
James dobbyn - Marketing Intern
James works in content planning and creation, social media marketing, copywriting, and blogging. He is also a writer of poetry, short fiction, and screenplay. In his internship at Yay!Starter, he is excited to be learning about digital marketing with the goal of being able to apply his creative writing skills effectively in the marketing sector. He is currently studying for his MSt in Creative Writing at the University of Oxford.
Sarah Hope - designer
Sarah is digital designer and developer with more than 5 years of professional experience. Her areas of expertise include graphic design, e-learning development, UX/UI design and digital project management. Being a brilliant creative, she is also deeply interested in science and medicine.
Helen McCarthy - copywriter
Helen helps Yay!Starter’s clients find their tone of voice and makes their marketing copy shine. She constantly adjusts her style and register for different audiences, and always writes copy that gets the job done. Helen has a bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Manchester, and has been published in The Guardian and GQ Magazine.
